Dreamweaver cs3?

Im totally new to this web design things...





I just need to know if Dreamweaver cs3 can design ASP.net C# web sites... or edit them... Is there any application besides visual studio that can handle them.. ?





im trying to build a web site in ASP.net language C# with MS SQL server as Data Base..
