Visual Studio Express?

.NET. What is the difference of visual basic from visual C++. Can Visual basic be capable of what C++ can do?

What are the limitations of VB with VC++?

Is C++ highest in all terms of all in studio?

Could you understand C++ better if you start from VB or just jump to C++?

I have an idea in Visual Basic 6 Pro and Turbo C++, do you think they can help me a lot in VC++ too?

And why is it free? It's nice it's free!!!!

Visual Studio Express?
C++ can write native code, which doesn't run in the .NET runtime. C++ can also write managed code, which only runs in the .NET runtime.

VB.net can only write managed code.

VB.net will help with object oriented concepts. But, if you want to use C++, the start with that.

Its free to get you to buy the pro versions eventually.

VB6 and VB.NET are a bit different. If you know VB6, go to VB.NET. You'll like it a lot.
